Lens Blur no rendering export on PC

I have an edited photo with color, light and lens blur. When I export (jpg), only color and light are rendered, but lens blur is not rendered.
Lightroom version 7.1.2
Any advice please or is this a bug.

    I cannot replicate this failure with the information provided. The JPEG contains the lens blur information. 
    Additional information would be helpful - system info, Windows version, GPU information. 

    Also, if you could export a DNG file showing the issue and share it with us, it might help to further diagnose what you are experiencing.
