Lens corrections for adapted lens? (iPad)

I've got a number of (supported) Sony/E-mount lenses I'd be interested in adapting to Nikon, but I'm having difficulty nailing down whether LR (Cloud, iPad) will handle applying the corrections/lens profile.  Everything's chipped/smart, so my expectation would be proper EXIF data for the lens in the NEFs; anyone have experience with this?  (I can't just test it as I'm not dropping the $ on gear unless I'm reasonably sure it'll work.)

So far I've turned up both "worked fine" and "you might have to select the lens manually", and the latter would be a disappointment given the iPad client not supporting that feature.  If it helps, or anyone's tested it themselves, the lens I'm most interested in adapting is a Voigtlander 35mm 1.4 Nokton Classic; not available at all on Z mount.
