Can't see how to find the library module in lightroom CC (cloud) I'm new to this

Lightroom (there's no longer a "CC"" at the end) does not have a Library Module, indeed it doesn't have any "modules" at all. It's a completely different user interface to Lightroom Classic, and everything is controlled from the one main screen. What is it you're trying to do in Lightroom that makes you go looking for the non-existent Library Module?
