License change and lost photos.

A license transition handled by your organization can affect access to cloud-stored assets, and we’ve seen similar cases in the community where experienced users pointed out that the resolution usually depends on the IT admin’s actions rather than something you can fix on your own. For the photos tied to your previous license:
• Please share the following HelpX article with your IT administrator so they can initiate asset reclamation for your old account:

• If you are a student or working under an education/enterprise setup, your admin may instead need to use the file transfer workflow described here:

For the missing photos you uploaded and edited this summer:
• If those images were stored under your previous license’s cloud storage, they would no longer appear once that license expired. Asset reclamation (linked above) is the only way to recover them.
• If reclamation is not completed within the required window by your admin, cloud assets may no longer be retrievable.
