Lighroom Cloud Mac Desktop not working

Hi, my Lighroom Cloud (version &#128526; doesn't work any more. I deleted all pictures that are not in an album after Lighroom said my Cloud Storage is full. After deleting the photos Lighroom still says my Cloud Storage is full and still shows the amount of photos. However in the web version and also iOS App it is updated and in both everything works. My Mac application is unable to work. When I select a photo there is a never ending loading icon…I already deinstalled the app and installed it again but it is the same behaviour. So I am completely unable to use Lighroom. Please help.

Update: I went one version back to 7.5 and it is the same behaviour. Still shows the amount of photos before I deleted it and unable to use the app because the infinity loader appears.
