Lighroom won't import properly

I need help.  After I migrated data to new i Mac (Big Sur 40GB), I could no longer use Lightroom CC.  I open it.  When I enlarge the pictures, they are out of forcus and I cannot edit them.  Could anybody help me?

If I uninstalle and reinstalle Lightroom , will I loose all my pictures that are not in the cloud, because I have no more space in the cloud?

Uninstalling and Reinstalling does not affect the library of photos. 

Please go to Help>System Info… and get us the exact installed version number of your software.
