Light and color correction

Hi Everyone, I have pictures from an event which were captured Indira in broad daylight. But the photographer used flash and now all pictures look like they were taken at night. I need help/advice to edit the light and make color corrections. I'm attaching the photographer pic and a casual pic friend took in her mobile for the reference. Please help🙏
