light error code 192

Question

My A.I. settings in light room is not working and I keep getting a erro code 192. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's slowing down my production. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and it's still giving me the same message.

Hi @kecia_6021, welcome to the community!

Error code 192 usually means the installation didn’t go through because a newer version of the app is already on your computer. You can find a bit more detail about that here: https://adobe.ly/4qZGhAp.
If that doesn’t sort it out, feel free to share a screenshot of the error message along with your Lightroom version, and I’ll be happy to take a closer look.
