lightoom update issues

Not sure how to contact adobe but their latest lightroom update has been hell to me.

It started with a super slow/laging software then it froze and lastly put my computer in kernel panic.

I had to drive 3 hours round to get my imac repaired. The team had to set it back to factory setting to resoleve the problem.

I am super disappointed. My imac is late 2014 with 24 GB RAM so it shouldn't happen !
