Lightromm library

Hello. The phone broke down and had to be reset to factory settings. All the photographs that were in the library have disappeared. There was no sync with cloud creative. Is there a way to recover a photo?

If you were using the free Lightroom version, which has no syncing capability (or using the subscription version with syncing permanently paused), the only way you can get the photos back is from a phone backup taken before the factory reset. If you don't have a backup then I don't think there's any other way of getting them back.
