lightroom添加照片灰色无法使用，显示未连接网络，但网页版可正常使用。

已尝试重新在creative cloud内重新安装lightroom，但未能修复。

Please share the version of Lightroom you're using along with your computer's macOS version. Have you tried changing the network you're connected to to check if that makes a difference? If not, please that and let us know if it makes a difference.

macos 15.1.1 creative cloud内的软件都升级到了最新版本，更换网络关闭防火墙等方式都已经尝试过，尝试卸载桌面creative cloud进行重新安装来解决问题，但可惜的是现在连creative cloud都无法安装，显示无法连接服务器。问题初始状态是单纯的lightroom无法连接服务器，但其他软件都能正常使用。这很糟糕，我可能搞砸了。
