Lightroom 4.1 is showing a Not Responding message on every thing I try to do

Just installed Lightroom 4.1 on Windows 10 and with every click the app become unresponsive for 30 seconds or more, and usually the selected option don't work at all.

Any suggestions? What information do you need to troubleshoot this?

Nope, still not working, when I select Add Photos nothing happen, and also I selected to copy all the files to a local folder, and for the 300 photos in the catalog, only 44 were copied to a local folder

After setting the GPU use Off, looks like it is working now ...
