Lightroom 4.3 não abre (Windows 10)

Question

Estou tentando iniciar o Lightroom 4.3 no Windows 10, mas simplesmente não abre!!! Aparece mensagem de que foi encontado um erro e precisa ser fechado durante a inicialização. O que posso fazer? Meus pagamentos estão em dia, mas não estou conseguindo usufruir do serviço. O horario de atendimento é ridiculamente curto. Me ajjudem!!!!

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom. It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the error you're getting.

You can try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app & signing back in to check if that helps. If the issue persists, try re-installing the app after uninstalling it using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool.
