Lightroom 4.4 (cloud based version) My presets are NOT importing - WHY?

Hi There,

I have purchased a pack of 11 Lightroom presets. Only 3 of them will import!

I cant seem to trouble shoot on this on my own. I have tried everything I could possible think of and am stuck - HELP?

Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom while trying to import the Presets. Looking at the screenshot you've shared, it appears that some of the XMP files may be profiles instead of presets.

If you go to the Profiles under the Edit panel, do you see them under Profiles? You might need to select the option to Browse All Profiles to see them.
