Lightroom 5.4 export settings different and can't figure out how to get quality the same

Hi there, I'm struggling with Lightroom's new export settings. i'm using v.5.4 - The export settings are considerably different to how they were before and unless i'm missing something my options are not as broad. I've tried exporting twice now at differetn jpg quality settings but the quality is not comign up the way it should be - can someone talk me through this please?

What VERSION of Lightroom were you using before?

TBMK there a no "new export settings"-  BUT they are vastly different between the two 'Lightroom' versions:  Lightroom-Desktop (Cloud based) and Lightroom-Classic (Desktop based).
