Lightroom account access

I have an active account in lightroom according to Google play and my credit card statements. Adobe says I do not. It is the same email and I sent Adobe support confirmation emails from Google play and they were no help. They said there's nothing they can do because I don't have an active account but I do. Google play says they send payments to Adobe instantly so I should have an active account

Most common answer is you are logging in with a different account than your subscription. 

I've looked at the account you use for this forum, and you have no subscription under that account. I did find an active account under a yahoo.com address. Have you tried logging in with that?
