Lightroom acting up.

I just bought a new computer that has windows 11, a ryzen 7 graphics processor, and 64gb ram. Lightroom keeps crashing, when it doesn't crash the de noise feature will just crash and stop after getting to 20% and then Lightroom won't respond. Any advice would be great as I have 200 photos that need to be edited from a festival.

Hi @N.J.26163658x8c9! I'm checking in to see how things are going. Are you still experiencing crashes with Lightroom?

 

I'd suggest resetting your preferences as well. Quit Lightroom, then press and hold Shift + Alt while launching the application. A dialog will appear asking if you want to reset preferences. Click yes.

I did all that and nothing worked. Took it to a repair shop and they are telling me there is nothing that can be done and to send the computer back. They had it for a couple weeks and no matter what work around they tried it would keep crashing. They recommended I send it back which is what I'm in the middle of doing though the vendor I bought it from through Amazon is being difficult.

Please share your system configuration. From Help> System Info> Copy and paste it into a text file and attach it to your response. Did this issue start from the get-go, or was Lightroom working fine earlier? Do you get any error messages when the application crashes? Could you please share the screenshot if so? Does this happen with all images or a specific type?
