Hello @shoregrl20

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue.  Your video makes the steps clear, but we haven't yet figured out how to reproduce the same problem so developers can debug this.  It would help if you could answer some questions:

  • What specific iPhone model are you using?
  • What iOS version is installed on your device?
  • Are these 12 or 48 megapixel DNG images captured by your iPhone?
  • Are the original images actually on your camera roll, or are they stored in iCloud?  (your device seems online in the video, so this shouldn't be a problem)
  • in LR app Settings > Import, down under Raw Default Settings, do you have "Adobe default" or "Camera setting" or something else specified?
  • Any other details that you think might be relevant?

To help unblock you, does it help to:

  • reboot the device?
  • reinstall the app?

Hello! I am on an iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS version 18.4, but it also happened with 18.3. Lightroom version 10.2.2.

Yes, the originals are iPhone ProRaw Max files.

LR settings Import>Raw Import Preset

The files are imported in to LR, not editing them from camera roll.

Let me know if you think of anything else, it’s still happening after shutdown and closing of app.

I don't recognize "Raw Import Preset"
If this is a custom preset you made or imported, can you describe the specific edits that this preset makes?
