Lightroom advising trial ended but I have purchased a subscription

I have been unable to use the Light room app on my laptop for a few days now as it advises trial ended and unable to restore purchase but I paid for a yearly subscription which started less than a month ago. 

I have been able to use the app on my phone and on the web but have tried to sign in on the app on two different laptops but unfortunately no luck. 

Anyone know how to fix this?

The Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription you started on iOS provides Lightroom only for Mobile devices -- both iOS and Android, but not Windows or Mac.  To also used Lightroom on your laptop plus your mobile devices, please cancel your current mobile-only plan via iOS iTunes Subscription settings, and instead subscribe using your computer.

I am having the same issue. Could someone please help??? Only bought the year subscription a few weeks ago.
