Lightroom Albums Stuck In Teams Account

I have just had a nightmare weekend with Adobe and their garbage support and sales team. I essentially wanted to add more cloud storage to my creative cloud plan (an extra TB) and bundle everything as much as possible (stock/plan/memory).  The sale team ended up "upgrading me" to a teams account but I noticed I was still only at 1 TB of space. They then informed me that teams accounts are capped at 1 TB, so naturally I was frustrated this even happened with how much I emphasized that I needed more space.

They then cancelled my teams account after canceling my individual acccount and reopened my individual account. The big issue now is that all my lightroom projects (1 TB of images) is now stuck in the teams account and adobe is telling me they cant transfer it back and the best they can offer is me downloading all my files. 

I've lost about a week of time but years of edits and file organization because of mistakes adobe made and the best remmedy they could offer me was a month off my subcription. I really really hate you guys for this.
