Hi there,

 

Sorry that Lightroom is crashing every time you try to use it.

 

When exactly does the app crashes? While launching ot editing an image?

 

Which exact version of Lightroom are you using?

 

Let's start with troubleshooting the GPU usage in Lightroom. Could you please uncheck the option "use graphics processor" under Preferences> Performance menu and let us know if that helps?
