Lightroom and Lightroom classic displays images wrong and keeps crashing

Hello, dear Lightroom users.
I have a big issue with Lightroom and Lightroom Classic on my windows pc.

After a few minutes of using Lightroom and Lightroom Classic the images get completely corrupted and I don't know why. The corruption is attached in the photo. This happens to every photo in every folder. Even if I export the image it looks like this.
The only thing that helps is - restart the Lightroom.

I'm using Windows 11 (original)
the newest version of Lightroom and Lightroom Classic.
My GPU is AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT (I tried to update the drivers and it didn't work)

My CPU is AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-core (updated as well)

Besides, I'm using a Macbook PRO with a basic M3 chip, which does not happen here, even if I edit the same photos.
I think this issue started when I edited some .jpgs in Lightroom Classic.

Did someone have a similar issue?
