Lightroom and Photoshop shows me blurry, pixelated images

Hi Guys.

So... this is annoying. Ive reinstalled my computer completely to see if it would be fixed, no success here.

So, Lightroom and Photoshop shows my images really pixelated, and they look awfull, most like images from digital cameras bought at some low end shop.

when i export an dng file from lightroom to an jpg, the images is different.

I cant edit my images since the raw files is looking really bad.

Ive tried turning opengl on and off, no success, ive updated everything, no success, ive reinstalled my computer, no succes...

its driving me mad!!!

below is the images shown with the pixelation, and the same image if i choose to export it as jpg.
