lightroom android app problems

as per the instructions received in response to my review, I did what you told me, but the problem remains!!!

I experience the same issues even after following the suggested steps.

App crashes everytime I select a photo to edit. Currently, the app is completely useless

unfortunately I haven't solved the issue and I waiting for the Adobe support...but honestly speacking I think that nobody from Adobe will help me
