My app doesn't leave the sync screen, even after purchasing the premium version.

Thanks for reaching out.

Which Lightroom version are you using? What is the make and model of the device? Have you tried using an alternate network connection?

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check if you can see the files there.
Clear the cache of the application,

Estou usando a versão 8.3.3 e mesmo fazendo esses passos,ainda nao sai da
sincronização.

Não estou conseguindo fazer upload de nenhuma foto para editar.
