Lightroom app crashed and all my images/ filter presets have gone missing

My app crashed while I was editing a picture and when I opened it back up it deleted all my pictures and "user filters" I had saved but I'm still logged in ?

In order to help you better, we'd need some more details.

Which version of Lightroom are you using and what device are you working with (mobile or desktop)? What is the model and make of your device?
Did you reinstalled the app after it crashed?
