Lightroom app is not responding and crashed when i open the app

Hi 

i am using iphone 17 pro and lightroom is not responding when i open the app. It got stuck at logo and then crashed shortly after

i have tried all solutions from uninstalling to reinstall. Reset all settings on my phone. Switch from wifi to data. Still not working. I notice sometimes i use airplane wifi and it works. Home wifi it doesnt work. I am not sure what caused the issue here. Iphone iOS??? Internet connection??? App issue? Anyone having the same problem please advise the solutions
