Lightroom App not working

I opened the LR mobile app this morning and the buttons inside the app (upload photo, new album etc.) would not work. I deleted the app and re downloaded. Now when I open the app I am stuck on the "All photos" screen and the buttons (back arrow, upload photo etc.) will not work. If anyone can please help troubleshoot?

Hi

I'm sorry to hear about you having issues with the app.
I assume that you are on iOS?
If so, in the future, please only offload the app, never uninstall since it will cause all the data in the app to be deleted.

Also what are you logged in as (FB, Google, Apple or Adobe)?
If you force quit the app, does it work normally then?

Hi! 

 

I am on iOS and logged in as Abobe. I did try Facebook but that did not work either. If I quit the app and go into it again it still does not have functionality.
