Lightroom app on Mac keeps asking to start a 7 days trial

Question

Hi, when I open my Lightroom App on my Mac, a box opens from Adobe asking me to start a 7day free trial.  I cannot close the box without it closing the app altogether.  I'm fully signed up with Lightroom and don't need a trial, can you help please?
