Can anyone help? I am paying $10 a month and is hasn't opened once.

Sorry that Lightroom mobile app is not loading on your mobile device. Could you please sign out of the app and sign back in to see if that helps? Also, which version of Lightroom mobile on your Android mobile are you using?
