Lightroom App won't restore even though my subscription is still active

I have an active LightRoom subscription, but my app will not recognize that its there and will not restore. I have searched everywhere how to solve this problem and there is no resolution. How do I get my app to restore my purchase of my subsciprtion?

If Restore Purchase fails to work in the Lightroom app, then either there was no purchase ever completed, or you did successfully subscribe but could be signed into the wrong Lightroom/Adobe ID.

 

When you tried Restore Purchase and it failed, did it display an error?  If you saw an error mentioning "duplicate purchase," that would indicate you have more than one account and another Adobe ID you previously signed into is subscribed.

 

If Restore Purchase fails with an error along the lines of "no previous purchase" then your device has no receipt from iTunes to confirm the purchase.  In this case, I would check your iTunes account details for subscription history, and confirm Lightroom did or did not subscribe.
