Lightroom application issue

Hello Community,

One of my customer is facing issue with Lightroom application.

When he starts working on it, he gets the error popup saying photos.adobe.io:443 Registration failed for PUT request. The traffic is forwarded via Zscaler proxy and everythig is allowed and SSL bypassed.
