Lightroom apresentando nuvem de 1T cheio, porém, já limpei mais que o suficiente e ainda não liberou a sincrinização, e estou com trabalhos atrasados devido a isso. Quero um suporte

Subi as fotos pelo app no Mac, já. excluí e ainda assim não liberou. E já não tem mais fotos na pasta de "pendentes

Thanks for the screenshots, they help clarify what's happening. From what you've shared, this isn't an internet or sync glitch. In Lightroom (cloud-based), storage is only freed after photos are permanently deleted.

 

Here's what to check and do:

• Deleting photos from All Photos only moves them to Deleted

• Photos stay in Deleted for up to 30 days and still count against your cloud storage

• You must permanently delete them to release space

 

Please do the following:

 

• Go to Lightroom Web: https://adobe.ly/4qaA5FX

• Open the Deleted section

• Select all items there and choose Permanently Delete

 

Once the Deleted folder is fully emptied, the cloud usage should update, and syncing will resume. This can take a few minutes.

 

Based on your screenshots, the red banner indicating 'pending restore' and 'full storage' is consistent with items still retained in Deleted, even if the Pending section is empty.

 

If you've already permanently deleted everything from 'Deleted on the web' and the storage still doesn't update after some time, please let us know, and we'll investigate further.

Could you share a few more details about the issue? What version of Lightroom are you using? Also, can you click the cloud icon in the top-right corner and share a screenshot of what it looks like? How did you clear the space?
When you have a moment, try navigating to Lightroom Web and check if there are any photos in your Deleted folder. If there are, you can permanently delete them to free up space:

Já exclui bastante fotos, creio que mais que 56,3GB. Porém, ainda não liberou a nuvem, mesmo já apagando mais que o sufuciente, creio que seja apenas erro na sincronização. porque, por mais que eu apague fotos, não diminui o número da nuvem.
