Lightroom auf neues Handy

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein neues Iphone und habe die App Lightroom mobile erneut heruntergeladen. Auf meinem alten Handy hatte ich ein Abonnement abgeschlossen. Nun wollte ich mich mit meinem neuen Handy bei Lightroom über die App anmelden. Mein Abonnement wird aber nicht mehr angezeigt und meine ganzen Bilder in der Cloud sind WEG! Über Abonnements und Käufe bei meiner Apple ID kann ich mein Abo aber sehen! Es besteht immernoch ein Abonnement WO sind meine ganzen Bilder und wieso ist mein Zugang nicht auf Premium freigeschaltet obwohl ich ein Abonnement habe ! Auf meinem alten Hanfy komme ich jetzt auch nicht mehr in die App mit der Premiumfunktion rein!!! Die App erkennt aber dass ein Abonnement vorhanden ist! Sobald ich mich aber einlogge kommt nichts !!! Bitte dringend um eine Antwort. Danke

Und wenn ich auf Köufe wiederherstellen klicke findet die App KEINE Köufe obwohl ein Abonnement besteht...

Hallo, ich habe hier das gleich Problem, nur mit einem Android (Samsung)

Es ist ein gültiges Abo vorhanden. Ich habe aber keinen Zugriff mehr auf die Premiumfunktionen.

Auch nach erneuter Anmeldung und Installation der App.

I see the email address you used to sign in and post on this forum has a valid subscription. Please sign into Lightroom using the same email address you used to access the forum tool.
