Lightroom auto centering

Prior to this most recent update I didn't have a problem while moving the screen while zoomed in to remove flaws.  Now, this darn thing will recenter to where I was before when moving the image around.  It is becoming very annoying and time consuming while trying to get my work done for my clients.  I couldn't find it anywhere to disable it.  Any suggestions? I'm using windows based machine.
