Lightroom Cancellation

Hi, I'm trying to switch Adobe plans but it says i'm still subscribed to the Lightroom plan. I've checked my subscriptions in my Apple ID and it says it is cancelled but I still have full access to Lightroom and I can not switch plans. Is anyone able to help?

I have never attempted to change plans, but here is a link to a webpage where you are supposed to be able to do that.
