Lightroom CC 2020 I want to turn off cloud so all my work is stored on my PC

I am new to using Photoshop and Lightroom CC, I work on a photo in Lightroom I export the file but  most of the time I can not find it. I have no use for the cloud, I only want local storage that I controll. Can some one tell me how to do that, (Stop Cloud Storage),

I am running the latest build cor CC.
