Lightroom CC 2021 import brushes?

Due to the constant confusion between "Classic" and various annual versions of Lightroom CC, I haven't been able to find out if my Lightroom version can import brush presets. When I choose an adjustment brush, I don't see any menu for choosing different brush presets. Does that mean I can't install custom brushes?

First what is your Version?  Go MENU: Help >System Info...  for an answer.

 

Lightroom-CLASSIC (v10.4) can import and use Brush Presets (in the 'Effect' menu)-

 

Lightroom-(Desktop v4.4) Does not have Brush Pesets-
