Lightroom CC 3.2 Windows 10 Sync Loop

I'm trying Sync from Lightroom CC to my PC but the sync is stuck in an uneven loop +\- 26 000 images. When I restart it jumps back to +\- 29 000 images. I got about 46 000 images in the cloud. 

Any suggestions for how to solve this would be most welcome.
