lightroom cc 4.4 does not start

hello, as soon as I try to launch lightroom cc 4.4 the classic error screen appears. I also have photoshop and lightroom classic also updated to the latest version and do not give any problems. I also tried to download the previous version but that does not start either, while with 4.2 the program starts but certain bugs found do not allow me to keep it. if anyone could help me solve ... thanks!
