Hi there,

Sorry to hear that Lightroom keep crashing and freezing. However, we'd need some details in order to suggest and offer you some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

• What is the version of Lightroom you're using?
• What is your operating system?
• When exactly does the app crashes or freezes? Does it happen while using a particular tool or feature in Lightroom?

Thanks,

Akash
