Lightroom CC and Classic both crash on startup

I have to disabe GPU acceleration to be able to use the programs.

Below are my specs. It started happening recently.

    Is there a way to force OpenGL on Lightroom CC.

    Forcing it in Classic stopped from crashing while keeping the ability to use GPU.

    Hi Munecito,

    Sorry that both Lightroom desktop and Lightroom Classic are crashing at startup. That shouldn't be happening, let's help make it right.

    Could you please take a look at the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article Adobe Lightroom GPU Troubleshooting and FAQ and update your GPU drivers to see if the issue still persists,

    Also, update Lightroom and Lightroom Classic to the latest version 2.3 & 8.3.1 from the Creative Cloud desktop app. See Keep your Lightroom version up to date ​for more info.

    Hello Akash.

    Thank you for your answer.

    My Graphics card drivers are up to date on version 431.60

    The CC app is not offering me any updates for the versions of Lightroom currently installed. (2.3 and 8.3.1)

    Lightroom classic stopped crashing but CC is still having issues.

    I don't receive any message saying that the graphics card had to be deactivated on startup
