Lightroom cc and Lightroom Classic don't open

I have install creative cloud and after that Lightroom and Lightroom Classic the trials but when i try to open the apps, nothing happens. It tries to load and that's it. I have tried the solutions that i found at internet(like sign out and sign in again or change tha name of slcache to slcacheold) but nothing happens again.
