Lightroom CC (Andriod) color shift bug when exported with "Highest Available Quality"

Exported pictures from Lightroom CC (Andriod) using "Highest Available Quality" option produces duller colors, noticeable particularly on skin tones. Exporting it with the option "Limit to 2048px" reflects to correct colors. This issue also does not occur with IOS exports.

I'm using the latest Lightroom CC (Andriod) v4.0.
