lightroom CC crashing when i hit presets

is anyone experiencing a similar issue?  i see several crashing issues but mine in particular happens when i open LR CC and go to his presets.  It crashes every time i got to hit presets before even opening

i have reported the issue several times to adobe and turned off GPU under settings... running out of ideas to resolve

thoughts?

someone on adobe chat also sent me this link but it wasn't helpful because i dont have a develop presets folder to do this

i do have a presets folder however, and renamed that. it didn't solve the crash issue.  even after a quite/reboot of lightroom cc

Do you hav 3rd-party plugins installed? Do you have Store Presets with this catalog checked in your preferences?

When did this start happening? Did you have any updates pending?

What device are you on?

i do not have updates pending. i have the latest version of Mac oS and lightroom CC

it starting happening about a month ago
