Lightroom CC edits are not syncing

I madre some edit in Lightroom CC on my desktop. The edits don't sync (anymore) my LR CC on the laptop of LR on ipad or Android. They don't appear on LR web either. It does not seem to be an issue with the desktop. Changes made in the laptop also don't sync back to any other devices. Syncing is on and all devices claim that images are Synced and Backed Up.

It is only the edits that don't sync. The images themselves appear on the other devices, but they look different since the edits don't sync.

Anyone else have this issue? I contacted Adobe Supprt. They did a remote session where they uninstalled LR CC and reinstalled and tried to change permissions etc. But nothing helped.
