Lightroom CC - frozen / broken / URGENT HELP NEEDED

I have tried signing out, uninstalling, reinstalling, have been deleting the "managed catalogue" files in Lightroom Library before opening the app, but they keep reappearing after I reinstall

now the Lightroom app is still stuck on the "reading preferences" opening page or a spinning wheel, and then just freezes so I have to restart my whole system.

I NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE ADOBE!!!!

    What files are you deleting, what version are you using and on what computer?

    I am on a macbook pro, i have the latest version of lightroom cc cloud based, and I had recent problem with SQ Lite corrupt files - the solution to that was to delete the "managed catalogue" files in Lightroom Library

    now they keep reappearing after I reinstall and the app will not work

    Certainly reconsidering this purchase and shocked at how many problems I have encountered since using Lightroom.
