Lightroom CC installation problem

Dear user, dear Adobe expert, i purchase the plane with Photoshop CC ( perfect, no problem, i used now), and Lightroom.

After the installation i click on the icone LC on my desktop for starting and appair this messages..what is my error?

    Regarding the error message:

    • Uninstall Lightroom CC via the Adobe Creative Cloud Application
    • Restart your computer.
    • Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Application to reinstall Lightroom CC.
