Lightroom CC - new plan - loads of photo's disappeared
Hi!
So I'm a new user (previously used standalone photoshop) of Lightroom CC.
I spent 2 days importing photo's, cataloging etc.
I made a change in my plan (upgraded to include 1tb of storage, and then upgraded again to include photoshop).
Now suddenly more than 50% of my photo's disappeared.
There seems to be a connection with the following:
i logged on to the online lightroom cc tool (lightroom.adove.com), and there it says:
all images: 3,577
Sync Issues: 6769.
Previousy i had all these pics combined on my laptop (MAC, updated on all fronts, rebooted twice).
Now I have 3577 left.
So somewhere, 6769 photos are lost in limbo.
The lightroom CC app on my mac has always stated: Synced and backed up.
So, what;s wrong?
And more importantly: How do I fix this? I just bought a pretty expensive plan,
not expecting this kind of trouble.
Anyway: thanks for thinking with me, pointing me in the right direction, or asking me for extra info etc!
Edit: I checked the folder that contains the catalog for lightroom cc / files:
it has 10730 files
