Lightroom CC not syncing across devices

Hello

I'm having a problem with my LR CC edits not syncing across my three devices.  Laptop and iPad are fine.  Phone (Android) looks fine with the edited versions appearing on thumbnails but when I click on an image it opens the original image not the edited version.

I've tried deleting and re-installing on my phone and it looked like it had worked, but a couple of minutes later and same problem.  I’ve been asking the Adobe help centre but not having any luck.  It’s driving me nuts!  Any advice gratefully received.
